I heard an interview with a fellow who had been involved in the negotiations to release the hostages held at the US Embassy in Tehran decades ago. He talked about people who showed up in the US on his return and how challenging they were. The two words he used to describe them were uninformed and angry. I have often thought that this may be the core problem right now in the US.

One Equity State Solution

The only way to solve the challenge of Palestinians and Israelis living "together" is to do just that - forge a new country including both. The word "equity" is critical as the only basis upon which this could possibly succeed is with a constitutional guarantee of equal rights and responsibilities for all Israelis and Palestinians, no more, no less.
