NC Men Freed After 30 Years Will Seek Pardons - ABC News

I don't understand the need for pardons and I think we the people of NC should at least double the 750,000 that each may be entitled to receive. What is the full cost of prosecution, appeals, incarceration to the State of NC and who bears responsibility, both legal and financial for this amount? Someone should.
